Company: The Fig Studio, LLC (“Company”, “we”, or “us”)
Client: (“Client” or “you”)

By purchasing and registering for this service, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and The Fig Studio, LLC.

1. Program Overview
The Fig Studio agrees to provide the Signature Launch Day experience (the “Program”), a done-for-you brand and website design service for entrepreneurs who are ready to elevate their online presence.

The Program includes:

• Brand Clarity Questionnaire
• 30-Minute Alignment Call
• Wordmark Logo
• Font Styling
• Moodboard
• Color Palette
• Custom Website Design (up to 5 pages, built in Showit or Squarespace)
• Domain + Site Setup
• Website Training Guide

The Program is conducted and completed within a 24-hour period, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Fees and Payment Terms
Payment options are as follows:

• Pay in full: $1,794 (due at registration)
• Payment plan: Two equal payments of $997 each, processed through ThriveCart — first payment due immediately, second payment charged automatically 30 days later.

You are financially responsible for all payments, whether made in full or via payment plan.

If payment fails or is declined, your access to the Program and any associated deliverables will be suspended until the balance is paid.

If payment remains unpaid after 10 days, the Company may:

• terminate the project, and
• refer the outstanding balance plus 30% to a collections agency or attorney.

All payments are non-refundable due to the customized nature of the Program.
Chargebacks will not be accepted under any circumstances.

3. Independent Contractor Status
The Company acts solely as an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, or joint-venture relationship. The Company maintains control over the methods, tools, and resources used to deliver the Program and is responsible for all applicable taxes.

4. Work Product & Proprietary Rights
All deliverables produced by the Company become the property of the Client only after full payment has been received.

The Fig Studio retains the right to showcase final deliverables—including designs, mockups, and websites—for marketing, portfolio, or educational purposes, provided that private client information is protected.

5. Confidentiality
Both Parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project, including but not limited to business plans, passwords, and financial data.

Confidential information does not include information that:

• was known before disclosure,
• becomes public through no fault of the receiving Party,
• is lawfully received from a third party, or
• is independently developed without reference to the confidential information.

6. Deliverables Required Before Program Day

To ensure smooth completion within 24 hours, you must provide the following at least 72 hours before your scheduled Signature Launch Day:

• Selection of preferred website platform (Showit or Squarespace)
• Active paid subscription to that platform
• Account access credentials (Showit key or Squarespace invite)
• Purchased and connected domain name
• Final website copy for each page
• Brand photos or imagery
• Testimonials, lead magnets, or other content
• Legal pages (Privacy Policy, Terms, Disclaimers)

Failure to provide these items on time may delay completion. The Company is not responsible for missed deadlines caused by incomplete materials.

7. Client Responsibilities During the Program
You agree to be available and responsive throughout the 24-hour period.

• All messages or questions from the Company must be answered within one (1) hour.
• If feedback is not received within one hour, the Company will proceed using professional judgment, and the related section will be considered approved.

8. Rescheduling & Cancellation
One reschedule is permitted if requested more than 72 hours before your scheduled start time.
Emergency reschedules within 72 hours may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Because your date reserves Company resources and time, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or non-participation.

9. Non-Exclusivity
This Agreement is non-exclusive. The Company may provide similar services to other clients, and you may engage other providers for similar work.

10. No Warranties
All services are provided “as is.”
The Company makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, performance, or results.
You agree that The Fig Studio will not be held liable for any damages—direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential—arising from participation in the Program.

11. Client Cooperation
You agree to cooperate with the Company by providing timely access to materials, files, and approvals.
If the Company is required to defend itself in any matter involving you, you agree to provide all requested information or documentation free of charge.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.

Any dispute or claim arising from this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia.
Both Parties consent to the jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection based on venue.

13. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the full understanding between you and The Fig Studio.
No prior agreements, discussions, or communications—written or oral—will modify its terms unless agreed to in writing and signed by both Parties.

By purchasing and registering for Signature Launch Day, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all Terms of Participation.
